God Knows Your Every Detail

“Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? Yet not one of them is forgotten by God. Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” (Luke 12:6-7)

God is aware of you down to the finest detail. If you are not yet a believer in Jesus Christ, God is waiting for you to come to Him. As a believer, God has given you a special gift to use in His service.

“For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” (Romans 12:3-8)

Your gift is the first solid clue you have in regard to God’s specific plan for your life. God wants you to be aware of your personal talent and He wants you to look around and see where that talent is needed in service to Him.

“I wish that all of you were as I am. But each of you has your own gift from God; one has this gift, another has that.” (1 Corinthians 7:7)

“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10)

I’m sure you know what your talents are and God has provided you with those talents to serve others in an effort to share God’s love. This may be part of your daily job or it may be as a volunteer on weekends or it may simply be as a loyal family member or friend. When and where you fulfill God’s plan for your life will be largely up to you and your effort to find the opportunity He is providing for you.
